Scholarship Stories: Jessica Piercy Using the FSPA Scholarship to Help Chase Pharmacy Dream

Jessica Piercy, a four-year winner of the FSPA Scholarship award, hasn’t disappointed the association or the program one bit. She has excelled in her academics since she entered UCF as a freshman a few years ago.

Her undergrad days are over now, but her days of learning and scholarship awards haven’t ended yet. She’s wrapping up her Pharmacy degree from UCF and has gained a great deal of experience working in the medical field.

“I’m actually moving to Maryland to complete a rotation at a Maryland VA,” said Piercy. “The FSPA scholarship has helped me out tremendously to help achieve my academic and professional goals.”

Piercy, currently, is working for AdventHealth as a Pharmacy Technician. She anticipates to graduate in May and become a Pharmacist.

“I really recommend that scholarship to anyone who has the chance to apply,” said Piercy. “The association is really awesome and they have helped me out tremendously with my academic expenses.”
